Lucio D’Apuzzo began his artistic career at “Sorrento Art Institute” approaching very young to goldsmith’s art, which was part of his family history years before. When he was younger, in fact, he received old goldsmith’s tools as a gift from one of his uncles, which increased the curiosity and the passion for this art, and which made him conscious that “goldsmith” will be his future profession.After his previous studies, he began a postgraduate courses at “Il Tarì” school in Caserta, and then at “Irigem Institute” in Vicenza, where he learned specific techniques of wax modelling, of precious metals work and where he also studies “Gemology”. Today he is also a “goldsmith master” at one of the best and oldest jewellery in Naples, where he can create wonderful and unique precious objects for an Elite customers. A personal and professional path done till now, full of encounters, experiences, inspirations, made his natural inclination and his artistic sensitivity grow up. Today he uses his own creativity to undertake an artistic independent career and presents his ideas, result of a perfect combination of old Neapolitan goldsmith tradition and modern techniques.
